AccelFix-XTP by Aegis Meditech is a curved expandable titanium lumbar interbody fusion device designed for intervertebral insertion from a lateral and anterior-to-psoas approach. The contoured body design enables optimal apophyseal ring support by offering a large A/P width through a smaller insertion width, while avoiding the contralateral exiting nerve roots upon insertion as well. The height indicator with torque-limiting handle expands the interbody in height as the end blocks are pulled in, giving controlled lift and stability throughout expansion.
