CastleLoc-S by Aegis Meditech is a posterior cervical fixation system designed for fusion of the cervical and upper levels of the thoracic spine. The top-loading posterior cervical screws are approved for use in either pedicle or lateral mass, and available in smooth shank or fully thread screws, and polyaxial and reduction poly with up to 90 degree angulation to give flexibility in construct design. Self-tapping flute centers screw for easy insertion. Transitional rods available for easy cervical to thoracic positioning. The system includes crosslinks, multiple varieties of rod-to-rod connectors, and lateral connectors.
