The FORTIFY I by Globus Medical is an expandable corpectomy spacer for use in the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine. The FORTIFY I is similar to the FORTIFY -R, and Variable angle system with the addition of plate and screw fixation of the cage to the adjacent vertebral bodies to add rigidity and prevent Implant dislodgement.
