💬 Review Summary by AI

The Integrity-SI Fusion System Sacro-Iliac Screw receives high praise for its effectiveness, particularly in both primary and revision SI fusions, and earns an average rating of 5 out of 5. Positive aspects highlighted include the large size of the screw, ample graft window, and an efficient curetting system for reaming and grafting. However, there is some criticism regarding the secondary de-rotation screw, suggesting that while it is sufficient, it could be improved.
