The Mariner is a modular thoracolumbar pedicle screw fixation system for use in degenerative, deformity, and trauma applications. It Features a threaded modular head for increased strength and multiple poly-axial heads for use in standard cases, trauma and deformity cases.

Polyaxial (P): 65 degrees conical angulation
Polyaxial extended reduction tower (P): up to 15mm rod reduction with 65 degrees conical angulation
Deformity head (D): 65 degree angulation in 3 planes, reduced motion in medial or lateral
Deformity head extended reduction (D): same as above with 15mm reduction
Trauma head (T): 65 degree angulation in 3 planes, reduced motion in cephalic or caudal for improved strength in distraction.
