The MOBIS II PEEK and ST by Signus are curved TLIF spacers available in both PEEK-OPTIMA and titanium alloy. The apex of the cage is flattened for low impact and ease of insertion, and it has smooth lateral surfaces to protect nerve roots. Large graft windows and open implant design allows for optimal bone graft volume and promotes osseointegration. The toothed design on superior and inferior surfaces secures anchoring into the verebral body and reduces implant migration. MOBIS II ST (Structural Titanium) has an open microporous titanium structure that resembles natural cancellous architecture enabling bone in-growth and on-growth, and MOBIS II PEEK has strength comparable to cortical bone and has excellent MRI compatibility.
