Active by Nexus Spine is a dynamic anterior cervical plate that can apply up to 2mm of compression per level and has an active compression load via super elastic nitinol which applies a 3 lb compressive load to the fusion mass. Plates are sized smaller than standard cervical plates to minimize adjacent level issues. Easy to use instrumentation, including a rigid locking screwdriver for quick placement and locking.
