Arco-SA is a standalone zero-profile ALIF implant by NeuroStructures/NuGen that comes in anatomically shaped PEEK or porous titanium. The cage is designed with a large single central graft chamber as well as lateral side windows for additional bone growth in the axial plane, and the porous titanium is excellent at promoting long-term fixation with bone ingrowth. It is available in multiple footprints, lordosis, and heights, with three screw fixation each with variable angulation options and a simple active locking mechanism.
