Idys-ALIF 3DTi by Clariance is a stand-alone anterior lumbar cage and plate system with a spacer made of 3D printed titanium and plate made of solid titanium. The concave plate design combined with a 4-screw configuration, provides a wide range of angulation and optimal cortico-cancellous bone purchase. The screws are self-tapping and self-drilling with a one-step locking mechanism. The 3D printed titanium implant has a rough surface that promotes strong primary integration and stability, while the biomimetic porous scaffold promotes optimal bone ingrowth.
