DESCRIPTION

The nanOss 3D Plus advanced bone graft substitute by Xtant Medical is a resorbable bone void fiber (BVF) that is composed of super-fine nano-structured hydroxyapatite (HA) granules. The interconnected porosity and high surface area of the nano-structured fibers increases potential for cell adhesion, proliferation, and differentiation. nanOss must be mixed with bone marrow aspirate and autograft bone as a bone graft extender fur use in the posterolateral spine.
