The Puros DBM Demineralized Bone Matrix by Highridge Medical (previously marketed under Zimmer-Biomet which spun off its spine products to ZimVie in 2024) is a family of products that provide osteoconductive and osteoinductive properties. 

Puros DBM Block and Strip are fully demineralized cancellous bone sponges processed to retain endogenous growth factors BMP-2, BMP-4, and BMP-7.
