The SABER-C by Elevation Spine is a Titanium based modular stand-alone ACDF spacer with a 0-profile for use in the anterior cervical fusion procedure. It features a titanium spacer core with textured endplates and an anterior plate that assembles to the core. The zero-profile fixation is accomplished via spikes which can be driven in through the MIS inserter or via screw fixation.
