The TOSCA Expansion anterior cervical plate by Signus is a low profile 1.6 mm thin titanium plate designed for ventral stabilization of the cervical spine. The plates are semi-rigid, pre-lordosed, and poly-segmental, and the expansion screws are self-tapping variable- and fixed-angle. Graft screws and connector screws can be inserted through the plate to attach to bone graft or interbody/VBR implant to ensure a secure construct.
