DESCRIPTION

TransFasten-PSF by Captiva Spine is a single machined structural allograft implant designed for posterior SI joint fusion via direct posterior approach. It utilizes a simplified QuadraCentric joint preparation method to decorticate both sides of the joint prior to implantation. The allograft implant is structured into one size 10x10x20 mm with a large trans-joint graft window to accommodate true biological fusion. The posterior approach allows for less trauma and provides a revision option for failed lateral procedures.
