The UNIPLATE 2 Anterior Cervical Plate System by Depuy-Synthes J&J Medtech is a low profile, small footprint narrow midline anterior plate for supplemental fixation in the ACDF procedure. It features a locking screw cam that uses a tri-lobe driver and 30 degree screw angulation. UNIPLATE 2 is the two level version of the UNIPLATE.
