Xultan 5.5 Pedicle Screw System by Met One Technologies includes multiple screw, rod, and crosslink options for posterior stabilization of the thoracolumbar spine. The screws available include polyaxial, solid, cannulated, and reduction options with double-lead thread to help speed insertion and a unique cortical-cancellous thread design to better match the cortical bone of the pedicle and cancellous bone of the vertebral body. Polyaxial screws have up to 70 degrees of conical angulation. Ergo-dynamic-quality instrumentation is designed to reduce length of time needed for insertion. The set screws have a reverse-angle thread to helps prevent head splay, and the tulip resists movement due to Silicone O-Ring Technology.
