The ASCOT anterior cervical plate by Signus is made of biocompatible titanium alloy and designed for ventral stabilization of the cervical spine. The plate is low profile at 1.8 mm thick, has a pre-lordosed semi-rigid design with large angle variability, and has an efficient single step integrated locking mechanism. Screws are available in self-drilling, self-tapping, and variable- and fixed-angle options. Additionally, graft screws and connector screws can be inserted through the plate to attach to bone graft or interbody/VBR implant to ensure a secure construct.
