The DYNAMIS Sacro-iliac Joint fixation system by Promethean Restorative is a 3D printed titanium implant system for use in the MIS Lateral fixation of the SI joint. It is composed of 3D printed titanium with DYNABridge 3D lattice structrure which allows for bony ingrowth along the screw. The tip is a self-drilling, self-tapping screw. The thread design allows for compression at the head. The screw is cannulated for use with guide wire and the system featrues a Ghost Guide that allows optimal spacing between the screws.
