The Blackhawk Ti by Choice Spine is a 3D printed titanium stand alone ACDF spacer with integrated anchors and a locking cam to retain the anchors. The Spacer comes as 2 footprint sizes and conformity of lordotic spacer or an anatomical convex shape.
