The CAPSTONE PTC is the PEEK spacer that has been coated with pure titanium to increase surface area and grip on bone surface. Capstone PTC by Medtronic is intended for use either unilaterally obliquely or bilaterally in the PLIF procedure for interbody stabilization. It features a 10mm width spacer anatomically designed for easier implantation and contour to the endplate.
