DIPLOMAT by SIGNUS is a modular and versatile pedicle screw system designed for open and MIS approaches to posterior thoracolumbar correction and stabilization. Screws are cannulated and fenestrated, have cortical and cancellous thread for high tensile force, have polyaxial heads with 50 degrees of maneuverability, and have exchangeable tulip options in- and ex-situ including standard, reduction, and percutaneous tulips. Multiple connector types available including cross-connectors, offset connectors, extension sleeves, and parallel connectors. DIPLOMAT Deformity and DIPLOMAT Dynamic sets include additional implants and instrumentation.
