Exceed by Spine Wave is a titanium biplanar expandable interbody device designed for lumbar interbody fusion from a posterior approach. TiCell Nano Surface Technology uses a 2-stage laser ablation process to create porosity, micro roughness, and nanoscale features. The dual taper nose allows for a reduced insertion profile in two planes, with the leading edge 6mm smaller than final height. Biplanar expansion increases anterior height and width, and also creates larger graft windows increasing the overall surface area. The inserter houses an integrated graft delivery system to easily fill the expanded implant and evacuated disc space once it is placed.
