Pivotec TLIF Cage by Captiva Spine is a curved lumbar interbody implant made of radiolucent PEEK Optima. The Pivotec delivery system provides continuous control for accurate and safe insertion of the cage, with easy reattachment, recapture and repositioning of the cage intraoperatively. The spacer has a tapered leading edge for easy insertion, migration-resistant tooth pattern on the superior and inferior surfaces, and a large graft window to accommodate graft material. Tantalum markers are incorporated to allow for radiographic validation of orientation.
