AccelFix-LP by Aegis Meditech is a vertebral body plating system designed for anterior, lateral, and anterior-to-psoas approaches. Each plate features a posterior protrusion to maintain correct positioning and a central window to visualize the disc space and cage placement. It is fixated in place with double-threaded or partially-threaded arrow screws which are individually locked to prevent backing out. Plates are available in two, three, and four screw configurations to best fit patient anatomy.
