• Possess Osteoconductivity, osteoinductivity, and osteogenicity
• Contains moralized cancellous bone and demineralized cortical fibers
• Osteogenic cells present in at least 750K cells/cc with 70% viablity
• Contains MSCs, osteoprogenitor cells, and pre-osteoblasts
