DESCRIPTION

The TOPS (Total Posterior Spine System) is a motion preserving implant for use in the lumbar spine to replace degenerated posterior spinal elements such as facets joints and lamina. It features 4 surface etched titanium pedicle screws and two titanium endplates that are connected by a polycarbonate urethane (PcU) boot. Motion is preserved in the axial rotation, lateral bending, and flexion/extension. 

Features:

  • Titanium endplates connect to pedicle screws with a polycarbonate urethane boot between to facilitate motion.
  • 9 Size implants to facilitate different patient anatomy.
  • Pedicle screws come in 3 diameters:
    • 5.5mm, 6.5mm, 7.5mm and are etched titanium
