Stable-L by Nexus Spine is a stand alone zero profile flexible porous titanium interbody device designed for anterior lumbar approach. The screws are self-starting and aligned the with cage to be at the least invasive insertion angles. The screw-cage locking interface is self-actuating and has an anti-blackout mechanism. Cover plate is optional. The stiffness of the implant matches that of spinal bone, reduces subluxation, and is loaded just below the force required for burst fracture. The chemistry, surface energy, roughness, and texture increase osteoinductivity and osteoconductivity, and its pore size, shape, volume, and flexibility allow for more bone thru-growth.
