WatchTower Spine Navigation System by Captiva Spine is designed with atraumatic registration and real-time 3D navigation, with reduced radiation exposure. Using the preoperative CT dataset combined with two standard 2D fluoroscopic images, the user can reference 3D anatomical structures to make pre- and intra- operative adjustments to screw trajectory and depth, requiring minimal setup, providing a consistent reference point, and eliminating the need for intraoperative CT.
