The ZYFUSE Facet Fixation System by Globus Medical is a minimally invasive option for posterior lumbar fixation across the facet joint. The screw features a cannulated screw with mobile washer for compression across the joint and distal threads for lag-screw compression. The screw features an inner threaded option for additional compression across the joint up to 10mm. The Threaded portion of the screw contains HA coating for increased grip in the bone and increased bony ingrowth.
