The Annex Adjacent Level System by Spine Wave is an add-on spinal system created for extension of existing thoracolumbar fusions designed to secure to existing 5.5 mm diameter rod systems (including CapSure or Sniper) as a less invasive solution to adjacent segment disease. It can be used in MIS or open approaches, and is available in single or multilevel devices. Top loading implant allows for less invasive delivery, and the insertion and final locking utilizes one all-in-one instrument for efficiency. The rotating CoCr polyaxial hook secures to an existing 5.5 mm rod. There are multiple implant configurations with a full array of sizes, as well as extra long implants, to accommodate variations in anatomy and multilevel cases.
