Stronghold T by Spine Wave is a 3D printed titanium transforaminal lumbar interbody device. It is made using TiCell 3D advanced surface technology which is characterized by a dual layer lattice design with optimally sized interconnected pores and surface roughness. The open architecture allows for large amounts of bone graft as well as implant visualization and fusion assessment on post-operative imaging. It also features Pivotec technology for articulating cage delivery via a small TLIF approach.
